Placing an Order

Payment Options

For shoppers’ convenience, we offer the below payment options:

  • We accept checks (drawn on a US Bank with US funds), wire transfers, money orders, CODs, and all major credit cards as American Express, Discover, Mastercard and Visa.
  • Orders paid by personal or company check will be shipped upon clearing the bank.
  • There is a $7.50 surcharge for COD orders at which certified checks, bank checks or money orders are acceptable.

Shipping Methods and Rates

Packages are shipped by UPS, Ground Service, F.O.B. New York. Upgraded methods are available, to comply with customers’ expedited needs, provided by UPS’s air service.

To ensure prompt delivery, please provide a physical shipping address as we do not ship to Post Office Boxes.Orders are processed within 24 hours of when placed. Return Policy

  • No Returns without our authorization.
  • RMA numbers are valid for 15 days after issuance with original packaging only.
  • Defective merchandise will be exchanged within the first seven days of receipt.
  • A minimum of 10% restocking fee is applied to all returns and cancellations.
  • Shipping charges are nonrefundable.
